Warranty Coverage
At CHRONOVA, we are committed to delivering premium quality timepieces. Every Chronova watch comes with a 2-year international warranty from the date of purchase.
This warranty covers:
- Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship
- Internal movement issues
- Faulty watch mechanisms under normal use
What is NOT Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by accidents, drops, or misuse
- Normal wear and tear (scratches on glass/strap)
- Water damage (unless specified as water-resistant)
- Battery depletion or replacement
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
Water Resistance Disclaimer
While some Chronova watches are water-resistant, warranty does not cover water damage caused by improper usage such as:
- Swimming (unless specified)
- Diving or high-pressure water exposure
Proof of Purchase
To claim warranty, you must provide:
- Original purchase invoice
- Order confirmation (for online purchases)
Warranty Claim Process
Follow these steps to claim your warranty:

- Ship the product to our service center (if required)
- Our team will inspect and repair/replace the product
Service Time
- Inspection: 2–3 business days
- Repair/Replacement: 5–10 business days
Replacement Policy
If the issue cannot be repaired, we will:
- Replace with the same model OR
- Provide a similar model of equal value
