Warranty Coverage

At CHRONOVA, we are committed to delivering premium quality timepieces. Every Chronova watch comes with a 2-year international warranty from the date of purchase.

This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship
  • Internal movement issues
  • Faulty watch mechanisms under normal use

What is NOT Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by accidents, drops, or misuse
  • Normal wear and tear (scratches on glass/strap)
  • Water damage (unless specified as water-resistant)
  • Battery depletion or replacement
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications

Water Resistance Disclaimer

While some Chronova watches are water-resistant, warranty does not cover water damage caused by improper usage such as:

  • Swimming (unless specified)
  • Diving or high-pressure water exposure

Proof of Purchase

To claim warranty, you must provide:

  • Original purchase invoice
  • Order confirmation (for online purchases)

Warranty Claim Process

Follow these steps to claim your warranty:

  2. Provide your order details & issue description
  3. Ship the product to our service center (if required)
  4. Our team will inspect and repair/replace the product

Service Time

  • Inspection: 2–3 business days
  • Repair/Replacement: 5–10 business days

Replacement Policy

If the issue cannot be repaired, we will:

  • Replace with the same model OR
  • Provide a similar model of equal value

International Warranty

This warranty is valid globally. However:

  • Service availability may vary by location
